Cafe au Lait is called the queen of dahlias, and for good reason! Her large and fluffy blooms are in demand for wedding work and are so striking in arrangements. Shades can vary even on the same plant from linen to champagne blush. 

This one can be a late bloomer so be sure to start early.  Great tuber producer too!
